1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pentasophy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Pentasophy provides personalized energy pattern analysis based on your birth data, daily guidance, and AI-powered conversations. Features and availability may change over time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Pentasophy, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate birth data for proper chart calculation. Inaccurate input will produce incorrect results.
  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Not misuse the AI system — including attempts to extract system prompts, reverse-engineer algorithms, or automate bulk queries.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
  • Be at least 16 years of age (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4. Intellectual Property

The Pentasophy brand, algorithm, interface design, and all original content generated by the Service are owned by Pentasophy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The energy pattern analysis results generated for you are personal to your account. You may share your own results but may not redistribute our algorithms, templates, or system outputs for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer

Pentasophy is not medical, legal, or financial advice. The Service provides self-awareness and personal growth tools based on traditional cultural frameworks. It is not a substitute for:

  • Professional medical or mental health diagnosis and treatment
  • Legal counsel
  • Financial or investment advice

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any energy pattern analysis or AI response.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentasophy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated content or energy pattern interpretations.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy (deleted within 30 days).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before resorting to legal action.
