1. Agreement / 协议成立

These Terms govern your account, use of Penta Sophy, and any paid subscription. By creating an account, checking the agreement box at payment or plan change, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

本条款适用于账户、Penta Sophy 的使用及所有付费订阅。注册账户、在付款或变更方案时主动勾选同意， 或继续使用服务，即表示你同意本条款及隐私政策；不同意请勿购买或使用。

2. Service and eligibility / 服务与资格

The Service provides AI-assisted self-knowledge, cultural energy-pattern analysis and personal reflection tools. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account and birth information, account security, and activity performed through your account.

本站提供 AI 辅助的自我认知、文化能量模式分析和个人反思工具。用户须年满 16 岁并具备订约能力， 对账户及出生资料的准确性、账户安全和账户内发生的行为负责。

3. Prices, taxes and automatic renewal / 价格、税费与自动续费

• Paid plans are shown in USD and billed monthly or annually as selected.
• The checkout or confirmation screen shows the amount due today, credits, timing and any tax collected before you submit.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current displayed price and billing interval until canceled.
• We may change future prices with reasonable advance notice; a change does not rewrite a completed payment.

付费方案以美元按所选月付或年付计费。提交前会显示当天应付金额、余额抵扣、生效时间及实际收取的税费。 订阅会按当时已披露的价格和周期自动续费，直至取消。未来调价会提前合理通知，不追溯修改已完成付款。

Hong Kong currently has no VAT or sales tax. Tax obligations elsewhere depend on customer location and merchant registration. We only collect an amount identified as tax when the checkout provider calculates and displays it; you must provide accurate billing and location information.

香港目前不征收增值税或销售税；其他地区是否产生税费取决于客户所在地及商户注册义务。 只有付款页面实际计算并展示时本站才收取标明为税款的金额，用户须提供准确的账单及所在地资料。

4. Plan changes / 方案变更

• Same-interval upgrade: Plus to Premium starts after successful payment. Stripe credits the unused lower plan and charges the remaining-period difference; the renewal date stays the same.
• Monthly to annual: the annual term starts on the successful switch date and runs for a full year. Unused monthly value is credited against the charge.
• Downgrade or annual to monthly: the current paid access remains until its period ends; the new plan starts at the next renewal.
• If an immediate change fails or requires bank authentication, the plan, paid period, cancellation and scheduled change remain unchanged.

同周期 Plus 升 Premium 在补差价成功后立即生效并保留原续费日；月付转年付从切换付款成功当天起计算完整一年， 未使用月费自动抵扣；降级或年付转月付均在当前已付周期结束后生效。付款失败或需要银行验证时，不改变现有方案、 已付期限、取消状态或原排期。

5. Cancellation / 取消

You can cancel through Profile → Membership → Manage Subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access until then and are not charged for the next period. Deleting the app, stopping use, or deleting an account does not by itself reverse a completed payment. Cancel the subscription before deleting an account. If self-service is unavailable, contact support.

可在“个人中心 → 会员 → 管理订阅”取消。取消通常在当前已付周期结束时生效：到期前继续享有权益， 下周期不再扣款。卸载、停止使用或删除账户本身不会撤销已完成付款；删除账户前请先取消订阅。 自助入口不可用时请联系支持。

6. Refunds and withdrawal rights / 退款与法定撤回权

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable after the paid digital-service period begins. Downgrading or canceling does not create a refund for the remaining current period. We will investigate duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and objectively incorrect billing. Submit a request promptly through the in-app support center or support@pentasophy.com, with the invoice reference but never a full card number or security code.

除适用的强制性法律另有规定外，付费数字服务周期开始后订阅费不予退款；降级或取消不会自动退还当前周期剩余费用。 对重复扣款、未经授权扣款或客观计费错误，本站会进行调查。请尽快通过站内支持或 support@pentasophy.com 提交发票编号， 切勿发送完整卡号或安全码。

Where law provides a cooling-off or withdrawal right, that right remains available unless it is lawfully lost after your express request for immediate digital performance and acknowledgement. By confirming a paid order, you request that access begin on the stated effective date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control. A full refund of an initial subscription or renewal normally ends that subscription and the corresponding access immediately. A partial refund or refund of a plan-change adjustment does not by itself cancel future renewal unless we expressly confirm cancellation.

若所在地法律赋予冷静期或撤回权，该权利继续适用；但在你明确要求立即开始数字服务并依法确认后，相关权利可能终止。 确认付费即表示要求在页面所示生效日开始服务。批准的退款原路退回，银行到账时间不由本站控制。首次订阅或自动续费 被全额退款时，通常会立即结束该订阅及对应权益；部分退款或方案变更补差价退款本身不会取消后续续费，除非本站另行明确确认。

7. Payment failure, fraud and disputes / 付款失败、盗刷与争议

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVC. Stripe or your bank may decline, risk-review or require authentication. We may delay or withhold access where payment is incomplete, disputed, reversed or reasonably suspected to be unauthorized. Do not evade verification, test stolen cards, abuse refunds or open duplicate accounts to bypass controls. Contact us before filing a chargeback where possible so we can review a billing error promptly; this does not limit statutory rights.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property / 合理使用与知识产权

Use is personal and non-commercial unless we agree otherwise. You must not break the law, harm others, attack or overload the Service, automate abusive use, extract confidential prompts, circumvent quotas or security, or resell access. Penta Sophy’s software, brand, original methods and interface remain ours. You may keep and share your own results for personal use, subject to others’ privacy.

除非另有书面约定，服务仅供个人非商业使用。不得违法、伤害他人、攻击或压垮服务、自动化滥用、提取保密提示、 绕过额度或安全限制、转售访问权限。软件、品牌、原创方法和界面归本站所有；你可为个人用途保存及分享自己的结果， 但须尊重他人隐私。

9. AI and cultural-framework disclaimer / AI 与文化框架声明

Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and are for self-reflection and entertainment. Penta Sophy is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and does not predict guaranteed outcomes. Do not use it for emergencies or as the sole basis for high-impact decisions. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

输出可能不完整或有误，仅用于自我反思与娱乐。本站不提供医疗、心理健康、法律、税务、财务或投资建议， 也不保证预测结果。不得用于紧急情况或作为重大决策的唯一依据；必要时请咨询合资格专业人士。

10. Availability, suspension and termination / 可用性、暂停与终止

We may maintain, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate payment or security issues, comply with law, or address material breach. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid core service for reasons not caused by you, we will provide an appropriate remedy required by applicable law.

本站可在合理可行时提前通知维护、修改或停止功能。为保护用户、调查付款或安全问题、遵守法律或处理重大违约， 可暂停访问。若因非用户原因永久停止已预付的核心服务，本站会提供适用法律要求的适当补救。

11. Liability and mandatory rights / 责任与强制性权利

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI or cultural interpretations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable matters.

在法律允许的最大范围内，服务按现状提供；对因依赖 AI 或文化解读产生的间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任。 本条款不排除依法不可排除的责任或消费者权利，包括欺诈等不可免责事项。

12. Governing law and disputes / 适用法律与争议

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, and Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If mandatory consumer law in your habitual residence gives you stronger rights or another forum, those mandatory protections prevail.

本条款受香港法律管辖，香港法院具有非专属管辖权。发生争议请先联系支持，以便善意解决。 若你通常居住地的强制性消费者法律提供更高保护或其他争议渠道，以该强制性保护为准。

13. Changes and contact / 更新与联系
